Dear Mr. Fanburg and the MRCC Foundation,

Thank you so much for once again awarding me a Mountain Ridge Scholarship. I am looking forward to putting it towards the continuation of my education. I am in my last semester (before student teaching) of my undergraduate career, so I am extremely close to achieving my goal of becoming an Early Childhood educator. It has always been my dream to be a kindergarten teacher, and, because of you, I am one step closer to achieving my dream. This Mountain Ridge Scholarship will definitely be put to good use and will help me along my path of becoming a teacher.

The world of education is in a state of constant evolution. It is my goal to give my students the best education possible. In order to do this, I must also continue to evolve my professional development in tandem with the education world. Receiving this award will also help me to continue my development as an educator.
